This is for owners who need a little help with what they want/need from their space or building OR just want more reassurance that what you are thinking will translate to reality.

Additional design meetings to hone in your needs and wants
Basic renderings for spatial representation and material pattern (interior and exterior)
Limited Interior Design Services
Additional site visits for the existing space to verify all components needed

This Premium Service is for the owners that want the best that Ruiz Architecture and Design can offer.

Marketing ready renderings for your business
Full Interior Design Services
A physical model of your project OR additional marketing ready renderings (Interior and Exterior)
