There is a one-time fee that will have to be paid before scheduling your consultation.

This is for the owners that know exactly what they want and need from their space or building.

At the end of this you will have a contract documents ready for construction or permitting!

With this Basic Service you will get:

  1. Basic Architecture Services (Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, and Construction Administration

  2. Cost estimates at every project milestone from Contractor Partner

  3. Diagrammatic renderings for spatial understanding of the project.

Advanced

This is for owners who need a little help with what they want/need from their space or building OR just want more reassurance that what you are thinking will translate to reality.

With this Advanced Service you will get:

  1. All benefits from the “Basic Service”

  2. Additional design meetings to hone in your needs and wants

  3. Basic renderings for spatial representation and material pattern (interior and exterior)

  4. Limited Interior Design Services

  5. Additional site visits for the existing space to verify all components needed

Premium

This Premium Service is for the owners that want the best that Ruiz Architecture and Design can offer.

With this Premium Service you will get":

  1. Everything included in the “Basic and Advanced Service”

  2. Marketing ready renderings for your business

  3. Full Interior Design Services

  4. A physical model of your project OR additional marketing ready renderings (Interior and Exterior)

  5. An Architecture BIM model delivery that can be used for future coordination in improvements, remodeling, repurposing
